I'll be shaving off 2-3 lbs at least on my bike, he wouldn't have stood a chance against 32lbs mountain bikes. :p

Well everyone was on EPO, so if Lance was (which it's starting to look that way) that part of the playing field was level. :p

QUOTED IMAGE

Nice job! I have a bunch of old photographs that I would love to fix up, but I really discover my lack of PS skills when I attempt them! And my mouse is dying, makes editing stuff a pain. The one thing I forgot to do today....

Hell dood....your new bike will be so light that you could start two weeks after the rest of the pack and still beat them to the finish line.

I'd need a bike like this to pull that off.

Thanks. You'd be surprised how many regular editing skills are applicable.

Generally it goes something like this.

  • Dust & Scratches Filter
  • Hue & Saturation to remove colour cast.
  • Curves (increase contrast)
  • Curves or Levels with layer masks (stain removal)
  • Cloning, Spot removal
  • Noise reduction. (helps with spots and paper textures)
  • Skin smoothing action with layer masks (mould & spots & paper textures) - not always used.
  • Sharpening.
