Picked up my iron on transfers today, starting playing around in pshop to recreate some of the logos. Things are coming along nicely for this costume.

Oh and I stopped by the Rx desk at Walkgreens and asked for some syringes, I felt like a junky despite asking for needleless ones...

November 2nd. Picked up a white 32GB wifi for mayra. Apparently the white one sold out online in 17 minutes. Black one is still available for online order for a November 2nd delivery.

Jenn, I never once said biting, scratching etc. could be eradicated - I never said that I could stop it happening all the time. What I did say was that some common sense has to come into play over and above what some guidelines in black and white state.

Alexander is transitioning from infant room to toddler room. So they have an "infant/toddler" room. Now he still has his little pacifier, others who are a few months older than him don't. I did expect another kid to want to take it off him, hence the biting and scratches last week.

When I had a call yesterday, it was because he was bleeding from the ear - a kid scratched him wanting to take his pacifier. Ended up with the same kid, later on, wanting the pacifier again, and then again after naptimes. Same kid.

Now my rant is that the teachers SHOULD see the signs of the same kid going up to Alexander (or whichever kid), after the 1st scenario, and stepping in, rather than allowing them to "express themselves" as they claimed to me over the phone.

That crap is not on. I know this is probably the most trivial of issues that he will face in life, but he have three lovely red lines from his eye down his face, one that was bleeding, and a cut in his ear, and a bite on his hand.

When he starts to come home miserable (he was absolutely not himself yesterday, at all), then I have to and will step in to bitchslap the teachers to work with a bit of common sense. I am not forking out $450+ a week for daycare when I could hire a monkey to do the same thing. What I am saying is that, sure, one offs happen, split seconds, you can't do a thing. But when you see it happen once, sure, 2nd time, you see the same thing possibly happening, you watch with your beady eye. But to allow it to happen the 3rd time in less than 3 hours (as the "incident reports" stated), then clearly someone is not doing their job. I did stress the latter part out, because when we asked casually of why it happened, both teachers said "we didn't see it happen". 2 teachers to 6 kids in the room, and they "never" saw the 3 incidence happening?

Utter pisstake - which means I am ****ing livid.
