I like cake and cupcakes well enough, but there are not many frostings that I like. My favourite is the good old icing powder, cooking margarine, vanilla, and water mix. That nasty stuff that's cooked makes me gag. And the two inch think store bought stuff just makes my teeth hurt.

Dinner time in the southwest... NOt a clue... I forgot to thaw out some chicken... off to see what I can create that my family will eat... or head out to a sandwich shop for sandwich/salads...
