Watch it again just looking at the head. It's almost completely motionless. Not sure why, but call me JJ.

It's nice because you can then go on the layer and remove sharpening from places where it does more harm than good, the sky for instance. All sharpening does for sky is make the noise more visible. Not sure why, but call me JJ.

In light room you can also use the option/alt key in the sharpening section. This allows you to visually see where you are applying the sharpening and can really hone it in to what you want.
