Good morning.
Nice pano Dan. I imagine the print is quite impressive.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.
I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point.

This prints as a 40"x10" pano. Managed to get 16 of the 20 Heritage Units in the shot. Only a helicopter would have given me the vantage point for all of them.

I know a few people that would love to have that print!!

We were involved in hospice care for both Lois' mother, and my own. They provide an incredible service. There just aren't enough goo things that can be said about them.

Tim, I'm sorry to hear about your FIL. It's wonderful that you'll be taking in your MIL as this is going to be a very difficult time for her. FWIW, my wife's mom lived with us for many years, and she was a wonderful woman. I miss her a great deal, and her presence in our home was always a blessing in my mind.

So sorry for your loss Tim, glad he was at home and peaceful, makes all the difference I think. I am glad your MIL has you both in this new phase of her life.

Hospice made a huge difference. I can't recommend them enough.

The MIL has moderate Alzheimer's, but she is a very sweet soul and has her regular daily routine. It'll be a major change for us, but caring for her here at home is the best thing for her and the family.

Got one mystery solved today...

Good News: Wife does not have a torn rotator cuff and will likely not require surgery on her shoulder
Weird News: She does have a fracture at the neck of the humorous where it meets the ball at the top of the arm.

Physical Therapist called to pass along the report from the MRI and says it should heal on its own "quite nicely" but the final word will be from her osteopath who's tied up in surgery and hasn't gotten the word yet.

Yeesh...

That's wonderful if she can avoid the rotator cuff surgery and the months of PT that follows it.

Nice pano Dan. You should rent that heli. ;)

That is a great pano, Dan! The train folks should rent the helicopter for you so they could get the maximum PR value from all the money they spent on those paint jobs!

**sneaking in.....shhhhh.... tiptoeing my way around**

How do you pop in after being gone for a long time and not feel bad for being gone for so long?

Hi... summer has been kinda crazy... just peeking in to say hi real quick... "HI".

Sorry to hear of your FIL Tim.... sometimes it is difficult while at the same time we feel relieved that our loved ones are no longer in pain.... Wishing you a smooth time with making the arrangements, and Peace in your heart... :)

haha... HI.... :) I got stuck under a rock, lost in a whirlwind, and then I crawled into a shell for a little while... The sun was shining nicely today, so I thought I'd peek out and see what the world was looking like inside POTN... ;)

Nice to see you guys are up to your usual tricks... :)
