I think the image of it mounted to a 70-200 was more to show it can be mounted with the EF adapter. I doubt we will see that in real life use  Although that camera with a 24L II has my interest. I love that lens. Feel it would make for a nice walk around package (disclaimer i know it has a kit lens of 22mm F/2.0 but i doubt it will perform as well as the 24L II).

If I get one the first thing I'm going to do is throw my 11-16 with foundation kit on it.

Or my 70-200 and 580EXII.

Have fun Chet! looking forward to the pics.

I need to take pics?

What lens would be best?

50mm? Kind of limited, but takes sharp crisp pictures.
kit? It does work to take a picture.
28-135? It seems to be my most versatile.
70-300? Pretty crappy lens from my Elan 7e film days.

Try not to break too many of them as you're tripping all over the place...

Our condolences, Greg. Sorry to hear about your grandmother.

Thanks All.

Today will be about scanning some more old photos of her for the slide show I plan to make.
