One of the kittens about six weeks later. They grow so fast and are in perpetual motion.

Bill,
That does not look like a 5wk old kitten, otherwise it would have blue eyes. It kind of looks like ~7+ unless you know the actual birthday.

Meh meli, Many kittens develop differently. Mine were very fast and I know their birthdays.

Bill, they sure can grow and develop fast!

Cormac, Poor Mystic to be resheltered!

I found my litter being attacked by ants on 10/16/2013 The Bday had to be the 6th.
There are many photos of them in folders in this gallery:

Each of my cats have a folder. Mr. Grey was rehomed to a neighbor. Dates may be in the exif which I never hide.

Adrienne,
I've never seen any five week old kittens without blue eyes and looking so good as Dot. Usually, even with the mom they look like furry messes.

You are right. I was counting from the date of the first photographs, but I didn't take any pictures until they were a bit over a week old so add maybe ten more days.

Offhand, I do not remember the exact date they were born, but I remember that they were like little mice and I had to bottle feed them goat milk every few hours round the clock until their mom was well enough to come home from the vet hospital. I was sure glad when she took over feeding and cleaning them.

So pretty. Looks TNR notched. Is this a feral kitty or rescue?

Edit: Nevermind, I figured it out on DA. ;-)a Some people do this cut to cats' ears in the US to mark them as sterilized so the animal control/catcher will not take them to the pound.
