Rest in Peace

Mel was my Dad's cat before he passed away. I adopted him and discovered several months later when he was having difficulty breathing that he had FIV. He was such a sweet kitty and enjoyed coming into my shop so that he could watch the Birds of Paradise (external link) on my computer. The day before, he was "helping" me plant tomatoes in the garden.

This year, Cooper had his own easter basket . Eggs were filled with toys and tasty treats.

Not all of them had something in them . He had to work for it but when he picked one that had something in it, we would open it for him:-D He had a grand ole time rolling them around on the floor.
