Sorry, you were sick, Sandra, but these are great. Did you take them in a studio?

More great cat imagery from so many.
I have a lot to learn on cat photography.
Anyone want to tell me of their cat 'studios' flash arrangement, etc. ??

My set-up is simple. I have a background paper, one studiolight Jinbei 600V, in the USA also know as Adorama Rovelight RL 600. Sometimes I use an umbrella and sometimes I use my octabox depending on how much time I want to spend on the set-up.:-D

Most of my photos are taken in the cat pens at the rescue centre .
I have to make do with natural light plus a pair of speedlights and a fold out reflector.
No room for backdrops or studio heads sadly ;-)a

I'm really curious as to how y'all get the cats to sit still and for the most part, pose for the camera.

My cats are so independent that they look at me like I'm crazy if I try to get them to stand still or look in a particular direction. Maybe it's just me after all, I am the common denominator because I can't get any of them to do what I want.

My cats tend treat me like a nuisance but tolerate me because I am the giver of kitty treats...............

Our Taz. Ten months old and he's massive. We are thinking that his dad may have some Norwegian Forest Cat in him because the tufts in his toes are just getting longer and longer. It's the most adorable thing I've ever seen. Maybe I will try to get a picture of those next!
