“Peaches” (Tabby/Tort mix) and “Boots” (Blk/Whi) shortly after we brought them home from the shelter in Dec 2016. Unbeknownst to us, “Boots” had been exposed to corona virus and developed FIP (Feline infectious peritonitis). As it is nearly always fatal and with no treatment available, we had to put him down just a few months later.

Peaches has done well as a single kitty and is my wife’s near constant companion and quite the character.

I was so sorry to hear about Boots. The same thing happened to two of my cats, and it was horrible.

This is my sister's cat; photo was taken while I was visiting last summer. He is usually somewhat standoffish, but occasionally would let me pet him or would sit by me while I was there.
