Poor babies, Michael. Good that you are feeding them. I can't imagine such injuries inflicted by mosquitos.

It looks like ringworm. I've had cats that got it in the past and it usually shows up on the nose and occasionally the ears.

From the photo it's impossible to tell, all the problems mentioned are possible. As it's white skin it even could be skincancer. If not already done i'd advice a visit to your veterinarian.
