I haven't had much cause to post in this thread since my poor old boy crossed the rainbow bridge, but this girl hides in a sewer entrance on one of my running routes. I feed her when I can, and today she actually let me snap a pic or two! She's still very shy though.

Miss Marley looking for her Tuna fix. Marley our barn cat went missing for a few weeks last year. We thought something had happened to her. When she came crawling back she looked half starved and scraggly and we didn't think she'd make it. But after an antibiotic and a few good meals, she showed some improvement. We started giving her tuna as a daily treat and got her weight up and her coat looking beautiful. She still gets a tuna treat everyday. I think we created a monster.

I found out info about the stray cat I photographed. Her name is Moose. Named that by the residents of the apartment complex for her size lol. She's had several litters already. Several residents gathered her up and her siblings and got them all fixed and released again. You can see the clip ear in the pic indicating she is a fixed stray. I would love to be able to capture her and make her have a furever home.

This is Nim.
Someone decided they didn't want this little cutie and deposited her, in the winter, by a creek, in a litter box with a blanket.
So glad my friend found her and so glad I got to photograph her

At least she was in a box with a blanket and not just dumped without anything. I hope she finds a good home!
Absolutely adorable♥

Makes you wonder. All of our dogs and cats the last dozen years have been dumped off and we took them in.
