Just got my Canon 400mm F5.6L lens and this is one of the test shots
very HAPPY with the sharpness/contrast and color reproduction and NICE Bokeh
This will do until I can afford an F2.8 version (when I wake up I will remember none of this ... hello where am I ?)

Congrats on the new toy. I LOVE your test shot by the way. What a beautiful bird and he is just so crisp against that background.
