I'm headed to Europe in about two weeks, and I need a case/bag for my EOS 60D with an EFS 18-200MM lens. I'm looking carrying it around my neck, especially through various airports while I travel to avoid sticky fingers.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Highly recommend Think Tank Photo bags, visit their website www.thinktankphoto.com (external link). They have several bags that fit what you want, when traveling I use their Airport International bag which carries a lot and has served me very well. My wife likes the Urban Diguse 35 bag which would fit your needs and then some.

Ah thanks! I like their holsters too. That's probably what I'll get provided they have neck straps.

I like the TT holster bags. They are very useful and don't take up a lot of room. The airlines will still consider it a personal item, though. So, this is what I do, I take the carry on bag and put the holster bag in it. If I am very nervous, I take that out bag out and have it on me. But if you are nervous about traveling with your gear, don't be. If you put the camera in the carry on, you are always with that bag. I don't know anyone who's had issues with cameras being taken if they are careful at security. I find most of the thefts take place when people are not looking at their gear while the technicians have passed their gear before they go through.
