Canon 24 2.8 or Sigma Sigma 15-30mm f3.5-4.5 or Canon 17-40 f4L ?

I'm looking for a wider lens then my 35 1.4L on fullframe for abandonned buildings (urbex) not too expensive.
I don't want to buy the expensive 16-35 II anymore (had it in past), as corners aren't sharp either if you pay double the price.

I'm doubting of following lenses :
Canon 24 2.8
Sigma 15-30 f3.5-f4.5
or buy back the Canon 17-40 f4L which I had in past.
