There is a huge thread somewhere here that gives detailed instructions and troubleshooting. Make sure you use IE explorer and it's 32 bit.

I'll see if I can find it for ya.

I was trying to do it, but I have zero clue how it works. Nothing to download, nothing to click...really no clue.

And that's your problem. It only works with a 32bit OS. Same thing happened with me trying to run IE 32 bit. Just wouldn't work.

I have a 32 bit browser on a 64 bit OS and I think this is OK

you can use chrome. Google has a 32 bit plugin of IE. That's how I finally got it to work
