It seems I get white spots quite frequently with my omnibounce, is this common?

I just did a test, it seems if I shoot straight on with the Omnibounce on and an overhead light I get the spots for sure. Joe

It is more prominent in the second pic, where you can see one near the picture frame and another on the blue shirt. Are you using the lens adapter, and if so, do you have a filter on it? Be sure it is clean on the inside and outside. Pio

The problem seems to be lens flare from the hexagon shape of the spot. It only seems to happen when the omnibounce is on and pointed straight on instead of "bounced" at 45 degree angle and there is another light source in the room, usually overhead. Joe
