DVD quality's ok, but it's a really old technology now. Still, commercial DVDs look significantly better than proshow DVDs. That's true, I'm not totally satisfied with ProShows television output esp on larger screens. Another thing which annoys me is how you have to change ratio/aspect on television remote control to avoid image distortion. There is nothing worse than a sharp image of a fuzzy concept. Ansell Adams
