Took these with the 85 f/1.8 Wife threw a few crackers out and these guys came quick! What a fun shoot!

We did the exact same thing last night. They are incredibly fast. The detail you got in the last two especially good. I didn't even thing I had a chance didn't try. Great shots, well done fore sure

That's one good way to get them in range of your 85. Well done but be aware that cameras and sand do not mix very well. I never take mine to the beach except to shoot out of the car in calm weather.

Very true. I am very careful. I go to the car to switch lenses. On this day though, I already had the 85mm mounted and didn't swap lenses at all. After this I shot a few more of the kids and then the camera went in the bag, in the car. I'm still nervous every time I use it at the beach though!
