Took these with the 85 f/1.8 Wife threw a few crackers out and these guys came quick! What a fun shoot!

ardeekay Cream of the Crop  More info | Jul 06, 2012 15:29 | #7 That's one good way to get them in range of your 85. Well done but be aware that cameras and sand do not mix very well. I never take mine to the beach except to shoot out of the car in calm weather. Rog

Jul 06, 2012 16:31 | #8 Very true. I am very careful. I go to the car to switch lenses. On this day though, I already had the 85mm mounted and didn't swap lenses at all. After this I shot a few more of the kids and then the camera went in the bag, in the car. I'm still nervous every time I use it at the beach though!
