The only suggestion I have would be to take them earlier or later in the day when you can take advantage of the better light. The stitching looks good.

something more to bring in the foreground I would suggest- at the moment its just a horizon line with some mountains. #2 is better for this with the river (is it a river?) but #1 especially needs something more.

The sky isn't particularly interesting for either photo- so might want to rethink the horizon being mid-way up the photo and include less sky/more ground? Same as above- better light would be best.

Good stitching though, agreed- what programme did you use?

#1 lacks 'something' to draw the viewer in.

#2 could be much better (IMO) if you were to have shot it closer to the water's edge towards the left edge of your current image.

These appear to be taken mid-day. Light tends to be really blown out unless you have cloud cover. Did you have a CP (circular polariser) filter on? Might add a CP filter to enhance the image. If not a CP, perhaps a 2 or 4 stop GND filter to bring down the brightness of the sky.
