went out to my local nature center nearby on 4th of July and was surprised by a very confident BCNH... i was amazed at how close i was able to get to it...

Nice shots. You can bet you wouldn't have gotten that close if they were on ground or water. They tend to be much braver when they are perched in a tree, at least thats what I've noticed.
