Well at least they acknowledge an issue and seem to be on top of it. Its not mechanical but it could be an issue to some with greater sensitively to that chemical. Manufacturing defects occur. Very few types of products are immune. It doesn't seem to be a design issue. The true test of a company is how it responds to issues, and the efforts made to complete the repairs as quickly and painlessly as possible.
