Not entirely sure where to post this thread, but since the majority of my posts are in sports, I figured I would do it here. For some years, I have had my website:

www.sportsactiondigital.com (external link)

However, as I began to expand my photographic repertoire, a site only directed at sports no longer made sense. I also wanted something that would have a different presentation than smugmug and after looking a lot and with help, chose wordpress.

I'm looking for feedback regarding design, layout etc. As I drilled deeper into these issues, I struggled with many e.g. simple vs multiple options. Cluttered vs not. So any comments would be very much appreciated, thanks in advance.

great sports shots on your site, nice layout. the landscape photos you've got on that opening page are nice, but seem out of place given the theme of the site.

The page does not fit on a single "normal" page. Consider removing the borders above and below the photos. Or you could move your Logo up and the wording above the logo over to the right or just below it.

On second thought the wording/links above your logo seem to redundant. I would remove them.

Thank you guys.

I am trying to make the transition from just a sports photographer to landscape and concert work.

The menus are redundant because after a lot of looking, I found that many sites are hard to navigate. I think that the average viewer at times has a hard time navigating, so I gave two options each of which is framed a bit different.

I need to investigate the resizing issue. It has been fine on every computer that I have tried it on.

I got confused with the menus because they go to the same place but are named differently. On the layout re-sizing, I looked at it at work and noticed the issue. My personal computer I don't see the problem.

Thanks, I will talk to my web guy about the size issue. You are correct about needing consistency.

My biggest critique would be to pick the best images you have to put on your portfolio site rather than many of the same location- I really only clicked on the Sedona page of the locations and in that gallery saw your old header logo of the sportsactiondigital.com logo and then several images of the same waterfall from different angles.. I would pick your favorite and just use that rather than 5 slightly different versions in my opinion.
