My only cc would be to maybe use a little higher SS and REALLY stop the action. Of course getting closer is always recommended too but the track constraints may have prevented that. Tried any panning shots yet? Racers like to purchase unique shots! Thanks Brad, did not try panning shot yet but for sure I will go back there and go to the drag racing, they have the motocross when I went to the other side of the drag race track. But anyway I struggled on this one, I only have the 300mm and 17-55mm mostly I used the 300mm but I have to back up. 70-200mm should have been nice but I traded it now I am going to buy the lens again. It was my first time in the track so I kind of scouted where is the best place or vantage point, parents went up to me asking if I am selling the pics I've taken told them it's only a hobby but took some of their email address when I'm done pp them I will send them few copies. The panning shot I will try it in drag race maybe next week. Thanks. Peter
