Ginger: another half-pint or as Rick says sub-class of dog

Cooperative owners saw me trying to snap a candid shot an gave me a assist getting Ginger to pose.

I always seem to get 'pet portraits'.

Great shot of Ginger

This is a neat shot of Ginger. The low angle really enhances it.

However I hope you don't mind but, I played with it a tiny bit and it may have improved an already good picture. I cropped out the bright spot near the top, cloned out the rock in the bottom right and cloned out the vertical appearng mass right over Ginger's head. I then cloned in a pair of catchlights in her eyes and added a bit (+35) of extra contrast.

^^ I know it's not mine, but I like this one a lot. She really pops out now.

I just picked up a cop of PhotoShop CS6. Now I can begin such serious PP in earnest. I could have made the contrast adjustments.
