This is one of a series of shots I took last weekend. When shooting wildlife do must shot in raw ? This is a jpeg shot. I just started shooting all of my landscape shots in raw but not sure it is necessary for these type of shots.

I always shoot in RAW, always, because it affords so much more latitude in post, especially bringing out the shadowed areas, local sharpening, adjusting down highlights, etc. IAN - Living life on the shores of the Wallace River in northern Nova Scotia, Canada :
