Really like the second one! I gave up shooting after because of the weather in the end.

Thanks chaps. I have to admit I do rather enjoy shooting in the rain but it would be nice if the F1 boys could have a few extra wet tyres so they can do some more laps on Friday. The first session was so frustrating because I was on the exit of Club and for the last half hour of the session none of the drivers were doing full laps which meant I'd see a big shower of spray heading into Vale and then no further as they dived down the pitlane!

Great shots. Taking notes on your framing - like the style.

Personally i find the crop angles a little extreme on a few of them, the track isn't like that so why twist it? (Just my opinion)

Great shots though dont get me wrong, really like the last one in particular.

I think it's a problem the vast majority of motorsport togs have, they just can't hold a camera straight. :)

Rule of thirds and don't assume you always have to have a huge closeup of the car

Nothing divides opinion like a wonky race car. I can understand why people don't like it because it can definitely spoil an otherwise good shot. However when it works I think it adds an extra dynamic in to the picture; Pans definitely work better than head on.

I've even added tilt to pictures when processing and, in my opinion, rescued an otherwise bland image. The flip side is that I've also straightened tilted shots in post production so it works both way.

As mentioned earlier i like the way u have also used the rule of thirds for the framing of the subject.. Gives the whole picture a different perspective.. Nxt time out i gonna ave a go at trying this..
As for the pics the whole set is superb..

Great set.

Last two are definitely my favorite!!

I'm also not a big fan of tilting all shots, but I agree that some will benefit from it, in terms of a more dynamic approach.
