Just took the 1DX out for a spin yesterday to try out the auto focus tracking

First example:
70 shot raw burst on a turn with varing backgrounds
67 out of 70 perfect focus

That second shot, can be a pretty hard one to nail. 1dx did fine eh?

I would have thought by now 70 out of 70 will be in focus. :)

I have so far found only one scenario that the auto focus tracking had a difficult time.

30 shots in and I lost focus starting with this shot

Never regained focus for the next 10 shots.

Thanks Leonard for sharing, is it possible to let us know ur AF settings and if selected AF points were chosen for these photos?
