2nd pic looks like the kid is holding on for dear life. :) Nice series, the 1st one is my favorite.

I like 2, 3, and 6 the best. On #4 I like that one as well but I think the exposure is just a bit too high, because he looks just a tad blown out/flat, to me. I would bump that down a little and maybe instead bump up the contrast so the shadows on his face pop a bit more and he's not so flat.

Thanks for the comments everyone. I will try to mess with that shot again Karebear. I still have more to process before I send them the images.

#3 can be a GREAT shot, just turn down the exposure a little and I may even crop the dead space above his head (too much above him IMO)

Im wondering if it would have conveyed more movement/motion for the subject in pic #2 if you would have placed the subject to the left or right of the frame (however much), not center.

Please explain more? I'm not understanding what movement or motion should be conveyed in that photo. It's a big log bench that he is leaning against.

Oh, I thought he was holding on for dear life! lol.

Normally, framing a subject in the center of the photo makes the subject more static. It's something I'm playing with more and more recently because I tend to take more centralized pictures and dont really get as creative with the framing as I could.
