Waterproof and easy to see on dark roads. Can I ask where you got it and what you paid? Did it come on a brown truck? If not, it just doesn't count and you can't join the club. I filched around a dozen of them from the Nikon stall at the recent Photo Expo here in NYC. They are sturdy, made of high quality plastic, can carry a lot of weight and has a neat clasping handle. Great for schlepping groceries, library books and gym clothes and shoes. I wish Canon had a plastic bag as good as this. Pio
