At 3:00 PDT, Amazon will have a Transcend 400X Compact Flash Memory Card on discount. Can't possibly know what the price will be, but thought people might want to check it out:

I like Transcend cards. I'll keep an eye open.

Guess it's a surprise what size it is. I would assume it's the 32GB but who knows. I have the 32GB version, it's a nice CF.

I've been using a Transcend 32GB 400x for about 15 months and it has performed flawlessly for more than 50K clicks. I switched from SanDisk Extreme III almost 2 years ago with no regrets and a happy wallet. At $44 it's a great buy. Thanks for the heads up.

Expired! Really good price and I'm glad I didn't get there in time because I really don't need another Transcend card - the one I have is working great.

But, the good deal on Kingston SSD's is still going. Can't think of an excuse to get another one of those either.

Replacing my Canon 7D, Tokina 12-24mm, Canon 17-55mm, Sigma 30mm f/1.4, 85mm f/1.4, and 150-500mm with a Panasonic Lumix FZ1000. I still have the 17-55 and the 30 available for sale.

I've been using their 400x 16 GB cards for over 2 years without a single problem. They are a great value and will be the first cards I look to from now on.
