HARM:

Apparently the team doctor for sky (the last 2 years) was the same doctor who was with Rabobank for over 5 years during the blood bank scandal. Could this team SKY be U.K. Postal

I guess nobody runs background checks in cycling ;)

Shot a Quinceanera a few days ago, huge weight off my shoulder and arms when I finally tripod mounted that thing. Of course, only to have to shoulder it and kneel besides some children again when one of the dancers blocked the view of the girl.

 What caused the questioning was team SKY's adament statement of only wanting to have a doctor who was british and not affiliated with cycling. But then they brought the Belgium doctor on board.:mad:

And it has to be said:

Froom > Wiggins

Tee Jay > Cadel Evans

Froom and Tee Jay would be 1 and 2 in the standings if not for carrying the other "leader".

Wow that is really good for SOOC!

Netherlands! Damn! What a move. Promotion? I might need to go out there and visit yah!

Yeah my buddy had a bit of camera wobble at 1/30s but aside from that this thing produces some very nice shots. Taking it with me to Montreal tomorrow to see what else it can do :)

Nah Jill got the gig she interviewed for and they want her to come out to the head office in Amsterdam :) I'd be doing the same thing I am doing now just the luxury of working remote from home over there.

I dunno much about landscape shooting, feel free to advise... (yes I need a tripod)
Exposure 3.2 (slowest I could go hand held, and I liked how it made the water look)
Aperture f/13.0 (?? this good to shoot at for this sort of thing??)
Focal Length 24 mm
ISO Speed 200

WHAT. I have never seen a succesful handheld shot past 2 sec (I had a handheld only phase, thanks Ken Rockwell). But 3.2 SECONDS?!

Damn girl, you have skill. As for the shot itself, it's nice but the composition is a little awkward. A little more to the left would've been good, less of that empty space on the right. Golden ratio and all that schmaz.

there was a fence involved but my left hand was holding up the front lens, and the base of the camera was on the fence, my right hand clicked the shutter and tried not to touch the rest of the camera, and I had my legs wide for stability.

Seriously heavy too! :p

Really need a counter weight for that thing, right now I'm practically holding 4-5 pounds on my arms.

Ah fence I see. Nice achievement nonetheless. Keep shooting :)
