In all honesty I don't know. Even after I sent it into canon it wasn't as sharp as it should've been. Then when I sold it to the buyer (dont worry, I did warn him) he told me it was super sharp and he had a 5DII go soft on him.

Cameras don't go soft.

Shooting at f/16 is even more boring :p all I have to do is open my eyes and I see everything in focus

f/1.2, f/1.4 gets old.

Shoot in super narrow depth of field, throw a lightroom cross tone filter on it. It's a fad.

I don't know, it's gotta be possible though. Either that or there was something wrong with the sensor.

Stephen! Julian!

is there a way to set the watermark in zenfolio to 100% instead of being blowned up from a smaller size?

I just tried this and it doesn't work. Why? You want to cover an image with a watermark?

I like 2.0 the best. It might be a fad but people like it, and when shooting portraits you do what people want. I can't even imagine shooting a portrait at f/16 unless it's a studio one.

Why would you want diffraction?

I prefer f/2.0 as well when shooting wide open as well btw.

f/8. It's interesting but I hate how it looks like she was cloned into the picture.

Shooting at 2.8 to f5.6 would've been fine.

f/1.2 = portrait ;) :p I mean you can be experimental but background seperation with portraits is key IMO.

I'm just making a point :p

I find that 2.0 was the sweetspot on my 50L, it was just ridiculously sharp @ 2.0.

I know, I don't know why I shot that one at f/8 and although it provides a unique perspective it looks odd.
