I'm into people too Scott...but I doubt lighting would help

I'd suggest a good shrink.

Fake light gradual.

His intensity but without the smoothness.

It honestly looks like he made a line horizontally, vertically and diagnoally and put motion blur at 15 percent opac.

Ok, what I want to know is how the hell do you do light streaks?!?!

I like that.

He's got some great photos. I remember he used an AB1600 for the longest time... guess he decided to upgrade to some nice elinchrom

I probably should also invest in a light meter and a powerpack..

Well that's a bit overkill. I know it has to do with radial blur, adjusting the levels, and something else. I remember being able to do it but it always sucked.

If I do go Elinchrom I decided a long while back that was going to be my first one.

Okay so after 3 days of use my x100 has 2 white dust spots in the viewfinder on the front outside, well its obv not on the FRONT or I could wipe it off but you know what I mean, its on the front side. Obv doesn't effect picture quality. I read up and saw LOADS of complaints online. Is this something I should return it for or is this just a normal thing? They are annoying spots :) my dad said to "forget about 'em!" and just take pics. :D

I did find it to be very disappointing, 1k dropped on a camera and two dust bits get in already? Maybe it was there and it took me the 3 days to notice it.

Is it just on the OVF? You can use a rocket blower to push some air around and maybe shift it loose. I wouldn't worry too much unless they really obstruct your view lf things. If there was dust on the sensor it would be a bigger pain as you cannot open and clean it.

You will enjoy the X100 in NYC, nobody even sees you taking their photo :)

POO.

My partner in crime (okay, photography/videography) gives me a NAS RAID with all the footage from a shoot on it after he backed it up to Blu-Ray, but the software is so old it won't run on my Mac cause it's Power-PC, or on my PC cause I'm running Windows 7. Some weird installation error that's probably compatibility related.

So back to portable hard drives for us. This little issue further aggravates the delay on the footage we had. Urgh.
