No idea. Took a bunch of photos--toward the end I was low on battery I suppose. The final 30 photos (raw and jpeg) disappeared off my card, and instead a number of other photos were doubled up... actually quadrupled. EASEUS data recovery found the files after a corruption scan, and now I have to convert back.

Only happened once. I've heard of something similar happening to someone else.

that would really piss me off if that happens to me

did you still get the preview? I mean after you took the shot you were still able to see the preview on the back of the screen?

Alright - honeymoon with the X-Pro 1 is over and this damn camera is going back. Trying to shoot a tight alley with a 28mm "wide" lens is annoying the crap out of me and the inability to focus and re-compose drove me to the brink of insanity today. Oh and when I change my AF point it looks like I am trying to secretly pick my nose behind the camera...

Apparently 50 million more people flooded into NYC today given how crowded the streets were.

hmmm... depends, I still find it very expensive  I mean I usually choose rooms that are just $40-$50 you know

it was worth it though, the service is awesome, everybody is paying attention to you... :D

hehe nada... there was only 1 sunset that was even worthy for long exposure and I did not catch it coz it was gloomy until 6pm, so I went up to the room and when I peeked outside the sky started turning red...so all I got were snapshots

only one worthy sunrise too... and I don't think I made the most out of it coz all my filters and lenses were foggy haha woke up too late

Her ipad has been broken for a while, so we took it to the apple store and got a new one for $250! She has not had it in a few months, so happy! Shot from the loft was wider but I liked to see her expression.

Hehe! She looks happy now. :)

I've been wondering... is there any negative to fixing CA? Like why would you not want the LR4 Remove CA option always checked?

I know that.. that's why I'm asking. Is there ever any reason NOT to remove CA?
