Hi all!

You can use a program called `EOS Camera Movie Record` to record video with your Canon EOS 450D. Have tested it and it works.
My question is this bad? Is it bad for my camera or my camera lens?
I plan to record a whole day

So question one: If I record one hour is that bad for the lens or camera?
Question two: If I record all day (12 hours) is that bad?

And why can the 450D not film by itself?
