Saturday was about 98 degrees. Thankfully we had a great suite for all the preps, a beautiful cathedral with a/c and a gorgeous ballroom. I think we were only outside for 5 minutes the whole day!

Shot mostly by 2 people, with a 3rd just handling the balcony shot at the ceremony, and a little bit of balcony shooting at the reception. 2 5D2s, 2 7Ds, manfrotto monopods, and a little Steadicam.

The focus hunting and jagged movements and a lot of tilts and pans make me feel very uneasy.
I guess no stabilized lenses? Small video tripod would help or a simple dslr rig (doesnt need to be very expensive if you shot around). I don't like that much wild movement in a video of a wedding or other stylish event.
And I don't get a feeling of locations. Where are we? Couple of wide establishing shots could help.
Just some locations and details to build some slower points in the montage.

Focus can be a lot easier with a evf, and without a budget the magic lantern firmware is great. To bad the firmware will never work on the 7d, but other cams will.
