I'm liking my lens so far :D will play with it more when there's big events going on. Its heavy as heck though :( soreness from holding it for so long.

LoL! when I opened it from the box, it was in the pouch and my wife said it looked like I was holding a lunch box haha. It does look nice though I have to admit, I'm just sad that its expensive.

I would love to have one of these lenses. I've currently got the MkI version and have just put it up for sale along with a 550D and a brand new 18-55 IS MkII so I can put the funds towards the MkII. I've not seen many pics from the MkII as I don't want to get too envious.
