Just a quick question, I remember with some older cameras there were limits as to how big of a CF card you could slap in there.
I'm THINKING about getting a 32 GB for my 5D2...will that work no problem? What's the upper limit?
Thanks,
T

No problems so far, but the "shots available" counter only goes up to 999, and the card will allow more than that, even in RAW mode. It'll just read 999 until the card fills up a bit, then it will come down to the correct number. "Everything will be alright. I'm from the government and I'm here to help."

That gives me about 500 shots with 5DII and I'd rather occasionally change my cards than "put all my eggs in one basket". Currently have two 16GB that mostly are used in my 5DII and fourteen 8GB that mostly are used in my pair of 7Ds. Some events I fill six, eight or a dozen cards. On rare days I come home with them all full. Alan Myers

I shoot about 1000-3000 pics a month. I use a Lexar pro 32gb. i like the ability to fit ~1000 pics per card. If i was going to shoot 1000 pics in a day i would split it up between 2 cards...3 if it was an important event. -Daniel
