not really droplets more like splashes........i took advantage of all the rain we have been having lately and set up the camera under the patio parasol nd watched the drops hitting one of the kids patio chairs......
as usual C&C's very welcome

thanks mate, from 500+ shots i had 6 keepers and these three were taken with settings of 1/2500,
f5.6 & iso800, with a little touch up using lightroom and elements 10, the background black is my shed door!

i hear you.i do water drop colissions in the winter time,and easily take 400-500 shots a session,and that,s with cognisy,s water drop kit.

just googled the kit, ive always wondered how to get that drop on splash effect, i always thought it was about timing but now i know its to do with kit as wll..........i want one but i guess the wife might vito it, damn!

lolol.......last year i spent £1400 on a metal detector and this year i want a dedicated macro lens, her patience i think might be running a little thin!!:D

thanks mate, just naturall light mate, the length of exposure made the shots a little dark so i touched up the exposure, clarity and got rid of some graining in lightroom, like i said earlier the background is my shed door which is black and the platform for the splashes was one of my kids garden play seats which is yellow.
i did some milk in water the other day, will post them on here.
