As without it the normal colour is back. If your camera was set for Tunsten and the flash fired, it will certainly come out excessively cool in the photo (I was indeed able to get more normal looking color simply with postprocessing adjustment of WB). Was the shot on the left taken with only tungsten ambient light, but the right photo was taken with flash popped up? If I remember correctly both with the flash popped up.
