In another thread, someone used the example of a 100mm lens at f2, and that the aperture opening is 50mm (100mm/2). Is that how it works? I've never cared about the actual aperture size, so never gave it any thought. If this is correct, then the opening at f22 on the same lens would be (100mm/22) 4.5454mm? Interesting.


If steroids are illegal for athletes, should PS be illegal for models?

Correct.

f/2 = focal length divided by two.
