Those are very nice and you're allowed to post 4 more so what else caught your eye. I didn't make it thanks to several family members coming down with the flu & I wasn't willing to spread it around at the show. I hear that over 1000 cars were there this year.

Nice captures Spike44 !!
It was a great day, with lots of sun and cars of all kinds, along with a good turnout.
The Merreckville 50/50 draw was just over $1200.
Here's a couple I spotted - please post some more of your pics.

Nice, That old Datsun is interesting, Back from the day before they were Nissan. We had and 80's one growing up with over 200k miles on it and the only thing ever replaced was the water pump. You dont see many of them around other than the Z's

Appreciate the comment - my GF saw this and we had to get a shot as it is a rare one. My friend had one of the first Datsun 510s in Winnipeg.

Here's a few more from the show. We were there with our local 5th Gen Camaro buddies. I live less than 10 minutes away. Show is growing every year.

It was unfortunate that I didn't make the show especially after spending the 4 weeks leading up to it helping a customer complete his car in time. The day I did the final paint & laid the clear on was 34 C & I really didn't think the clear would flow out before drying but it did. Then I had to sand & polish it in the same heat. Not something I can say I enjoyed, but then again I can't say I enjoy polishing in general anymore. Anyone remember seeing a LeMans blue 69 Chevelle SS 396 with a blue interior? Might have been part of a NAPA display.

Camaro not Camero.

There were at least six more 5th Gens at the show in different areas including a ZL1. Had already put the camera away to go have lunch and most left early for the drive back to Montreal, so I didn't get pics of those.

We'll see that gang at the end of the month for a caravan to Indy.

I'll look through my shots and those of GF and see if we captured any Camaros..or better yet a GT500 :)

That is a great selection of cars. Geez I have not seen a Datsun 2000 since I can remember when!! I had one back in the very early 70's and apart from being a slow revver it went quite fast, it would just wind and wind out and rip the mirrors off of MGB's as you flew past them when they ran out of legs.

The car in the other thread is a 68, but there's also a very slim chance I did that one too, but it's unlikely. I did do one just like it several years ago but by now I think that one might be showing some wear & tear even when only used for shows. Yes it's still hot & I've got more paint to spray this week but this time it's going on a vintage race car so there's no reason to try for a show quality finish. The car was wrecked at Mosport when a car ahead of his group oiled down the track. 5 cars paid the price of someone else's engine blowing up.
