I wonder are there any urbexers here on this forum?
What's your favorite UWA lens for urbex, as we often have dark conditions, mostly we work with tripod, but a fast prime out of the hand is sometimes welcome.
I have 17-40 f4L, in past I tested 16-35 I & II but thet aren't completely sharp in the corners either so you have to stop down also, so f2.8 is no real advantage and it's not much faster anyway.
Would a 24 1.4L be a better idea (maybe sharper in corners?) as the 14 2.8 is too expensive. I also thought of Sigma 15-30 or 12-24 in past but I doubt this would be better than 17-40.
Ideal would be a faster UWA prime between 16-20mm as a prime is normally sharper in the corners and faster, but this doesn't exist I assume?
