[QUOTE=vegabond;17081124]HAI we used to have one of those buggers!

So I definitely love this new lens, gives great perspective, but there is some strong vignetting...

---------------

A little, but it also helps draw your eye to the barrel rider.

But you need to understand, this was a good 20-30 feet diameter, I live in a downtown highrise apt. The neighbors on both sides and up and below might object to my having this thing hang off my balcony.

Now that is pattern! I have no idea what that is though!

yup, band saw blades! They are actually for a buddys saw mill and are about 4' or so in diameter...

The vignetting was much worse before "correction"!

A few years ago we installed a huge dish for Time Warner. the thing looked like it should shoot out death star lasers!!

Been away for a short holiday on a theatrical Summer School where I spent a week solidly dancing. I now have muscle aches in places I didn't know I had muscles...

This is the conference centre where we had the class:

That is a beautiful shot. I can't quite imagine sleeping on a rock at that elevation.

I will admit, it was a little lumpy!

Amazing to be sleeping overnight outside - sounds a great experience. And loving the becah views with the boats moored as well!

I came across some rather unexpected self-propelled pizzas this morning...
