Read too many good things about the Mark II 24-70 so just pushed the button and bought one :) just need Tuesday to hurry up now :)

The wait is always so painlful. Would have loved your 24-105. Maybe next year will be my year for a 7D and new lens. :)

I wish they had put the hybrid IS on the 2.8 version like they did the f4.

Will wait for reviews and may update my mkI in the coming year. 24-70 is my workhorse, no doubt about that.
