Back from Budaest, will post some pictures but they are not great due to some bad weather but enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it for a visit.

A quick driveby photo posting from me. First time i have been able to muster the will to edit any of my work in a long time.

Have 500px stopped showing a slightly larger image in the lightbox these days? I uploaded full res but the lightbox shows the same size? Sure it used to show a size larger?

Really nice picture and pp

Some nice views, sadly when I get to go anywhere decent at work they wouldn't be too keen on me taking photos....

Feeling good about my photography at the moment just got a " Cool Capture " award on View Bug for this shot of Faye.

As good a reason as any to share it again

Great picture and well deserved

Re your issues with the lady who refused to wear makeup, remember when you pp them and hand over the pictures if I were you I would still pp them to a standard you are happy with. If she puts them on Facebook etc she will say you are the photographer so you want to make sure you are happy with them.

They all look good to me but this is my favourite

Welcome back Adrian surely Budapest would of suited some moody street photography? Look forward to see what you've got anyway.

I've pp'd them as best I can she did ask if I was going to post them on FB so she could get them off there which strikes me as strange as I said I'd put them in a Dropbox folder but she didn't want to use that or get a cd of the photos.

Richard nise to see the 6D getting a workout as well as the cadets, bit different from my days in the cadets we didn't have to wear helmets but I suppose it's all health and safety now.

One more from me tonight I'm not sure about the processing on this is it a bit to much?

I'm lucky in my job (look away now Penel) in that I get access to some very high roofs in London. Sometimes, I get time and chance to grab the camera and take a few shots.

A couple from Wednesday this week. Victoria Street looking East and North. Snow approaching fast.

...

Cool! Where were you stood on to get shots this high? Can't get my bearings on them.

Matt it's her arm that's giving me trouble.

As with everything I'm shooting at the moment my brain seems to working in B+W things just seem to work better that way for me at present.

Nothing to do with 'elf n safety just don't want the Cadets damaging Crown propriety when the fall
The helmets don't take away the sheer fright, then determination and then sense of achievement

You can still see the dark tones in her arm/hand where the colour is deeper.. Try the selective brush in LR & drop the saturation :)
