Has anyone used a Lucas Macro Flash Bracket? What is your impression. I thought it looked pretty interesting but it's $200.

I have some 1" that is very solid for holding a flash, though a little tough to get in the right position. I've also tried 1/4", and it's useless for holding a flash.
