Early morning with the moon setting over Morro Rock. Shot at 7:22 am, 20d, 50mm f1.4 lens on tripod. No crop and very little PP, just a good shot of California's Historical Monument #821.
:) :)

Very pretty shot! My only comment would be that it seems a little flat. I think if you play with curves a little bit and apply some USM it would really make it pop. But its really a lovely scene! Nice job!

Very nice composition. I agree with the previous post, it looks a bit flat (and a bit underexposed). Try adjusting the levels and bring out the color a bit, it would help. Nice shot!

I agree with both posts it is flat and a tad underexposed. I made a few adjustments and sharpened it about 55% and added a +.15 exposer value. There's not a lot of color at sunrise with the sun to your back, especially in the shadows. I shot this at 1/60 f/22 ISO 200. If anyone has a better exposer setting I'm all eyes. Thanks.

That got it. Now that rock just pops out of the scene. Your adjustments drew my eye right to the rock.

Yep, very nice! The adjustments you made really brought out the individual elements of the picture. Lovely!

You can also try using Render Lighting Effects and add an omni light to adjust the focal point of the image.
Also, careful not to blow out that moon.

Well Dimitri it does look a bit better. I am interested in what you did. Also, is your PP done on my first post of the shot or the second post of the shot after I did PP.
