New Camera or New Lens?

If you wait untill the end of September there are Rumors of the new 70D and 7Dmark2 coming out. Rumors flying around that the 70D will have digic 5 processor and be either
18mp or 22mp. As far as lens's have you looked the EF15-85 is usm. Very good lens for the money however it is not a L series so it is not sealed. I had to have mine sent in and cleaned used it alot in the Nevada dessert. It does have a UD lens coating so the pictures are quite crisip and clear.

Do you need fast FPS? If not get a 5d, sell the 55-250 with the extra cash and get a 70-200 f4 non IS
